01
A seafood trading intermediary needed to move its commodity negotiations out of emails, spreadsheets, and chats and into one structured system covering products, factories, buyers, sellers, offers, and deals.
SiGa Systems built Digital Negotiation Book, a B2B SaaS platform. It supports detailed offer creation, multi-round negotiation with version tracking, deal status management, shareable buyer and seller links, and tiered subscriptions with Stripe billing.
The platform now serves as a single application for trading operations, replacing fragmented manual workflows. The project is ongoing since October 2025, with the negotiation process digitized and tracked through structured stages.
02
Trading operations are centralized in one application, which reduces dependency on multiple separate tools for managing products, offers, and deals.
The negotiation process is fully digitized, replacing the manual and fragmented workflows that were previously used to run negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Multi-round negotiations now have structured tracking, giving the team greater visibility and control over each offer as it moves through negotiation stages.
Structured offer creation and management reduced manual effort and errors in the trading workflow, supporting faster deal closures and improved operational efficiency.
03
Fragmented Tools
Trading information was spread across emails, spreadsheets, and chats, with no single source of truth for products, factories, buyers, and sellers.
Manual Negotiation Workflow
Negotiations ran through manual, fragmented workflows, which made offers and deals difficult to manage and left room for errors and wasted effort.
Multi-Round Negotiation Detail
Commodity deals involve detailed specifications, size breakups, pricing, shipment terms, and payment conditions that must be handled across several negotiation rounds.
Deal Visibility
The business needed clearer visibility into where each deal stood, whether open, confirmed, or withdrawn, and control over the negotiation as it progressed.
05
01
Centralized Platform
Built a modular monolithic Next.js application as a single source of truth for products, factories, buyers, and sellers, replacing emails, spreadsheets, and chats.
02
Offer and Negotiation Engine
Enabled offer creation with size breakups, pricing, shipment terms, and payment conditions, plus a multi-round negotiation system that keeps complete version tracking.
03
Design System
Followed a consistent shadcn UI theme, implemented Figma designs from the UI/UX team for the landing page, and delivered a fully responsive layout across devices.
04
Performance and SEO
Used Next.js SSR and SSG, structured metadata, optimized images, and Core Web Vitals focused code practices to support performance and search visibility.
05
Architecture
Applied the repository pattern with Next.js Server Actions and RESTful APIs to keep client and server communication clean and maintainable.
07
Ecosystem Management
Centralized management of products, factories, buyers, sellers, origins, and destinations, kept together in one structured system.
Detailed Offer Creation
Offer creation with detailed specifications, size breakups, pricing, and terms, managed from draft through confirmation or withdrawal.
Multi-Round Negotiation
Structured multi-round negotiation between buyers and sellers, with full version history and audit tracking across every negotiation stage.
Deal Tracking
Real-time deal tracking with status management, so open, confirmed, and withdrawn deals are visible in one place.
Subscriptions and Billing
Tiered SaaS subscription model with plan-based feature access control and a Stripe-integrated payment gateway for subscriptions and billing.
08
Stripe Integration
Handling the complexities of Stripe integration for subscription and billing workflows within the tiered SaaS model.
Multi-Round Negotiation Flow
Designing and implementing an end-to-end multi-round negotiation flow that keeps every round traceable through version history.
Offer Lifecycle

10
Fewer Separate Tools
Product, factory, buyer, and seller data plus offers and deals now live in one application instead of being handled across separate tools.
Traceable Negotiations
Each negotiation round is recorded with version history and audit tracking, giving the business a structured record of how every offer changed.
Less Manual Work
Automated offer creation and management lowered manual effort and the risk of errors that came with handling offers by hand.
Efficiency and Foundation
Faster deal closures and improved operational efficiency are reported outcomes, and the modular architecture provides a foundation for future growth and enhancements.
