The client needed a secure client portal for client and staff users, with role-based access, dashboards, messaging, calendar task management, and large file uploads, connected to Zoho for accounts, users, and tasks.
SiGa Systems built the portal with a React frontend and an Express backend, using JWT authentication with role-based access control, direct Zoho API integration , chunked file uploads, and secure admin impersonation for support.
The completed portal manages accounts, users, and tasks through Zoho APIs without a standalone database, supports 1GB+ file uploads, and gives administrators a way to troubleshoot client and staff accounts.
